1. How much will it cost?

This very much depends on the number of items to be disposed of or the size of the clearance or property, but we are more than happy to come out and give a FREE no-obligation quote. Alternatively, if you would like to provide images by email you can contact us at markvernon@contractor.net.

2. Do you purchase household items?

No, not usually, as we are a clearance company, however we have on occasion made offers for items we can pass on to people in need through the course of our local authority work.

3. What happens to my rubbish?

We are a licensed waste carrier and it is all disposed of at licensed landfill sites under commercial waste. (Please be aware that any fly-tipped rubbish that is found to have traceability would be liable for prosecution - please contact us for more information regarding this.)

4. I have a relative that needs a clearance/clean before returning from hospital, can you help?

We most certainly can! Please give us a call and tell us what you need - we are here to help, not to judge.

5. I would like to keep some furniture for myself and need to get it to my house, are you able to do this?

Absolutely, we can arrange for the removal and transportation of any items you wish to keep.

6. I have a stain left on my carpet, can you clean it?
